This part-time, work-from-home role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative, meaningful work, flexibility, and variety—supporting social media and day-to-day operations for a growing Medellín-based media project that’s collaborative, purposeful, and fun to be part of. Strong English comprehension is important but speaking English very well is not required.

We’re looking for on-camera hosts and field reporters who are curious and comfortable connecting with people. This is a fun, exploratory role — discovering Medellín, experiencing new places and moments, capturing real conversations, everyday life, and human stories that help viewers imagine what living here could truly feel like. Your English should be fairly strong but does not have to be perfect.

We’re looking for a video editor who enjoys creatively shaping real moments into a rewarding finished product. You’ll work with lifestyle and documentary-style footage, helping turn everyday experiences, conversations, and city exploration into polished, engaging, compelling episodes. Strong English comprehension is important but speaking English very well is not required.
