We’re looking for a creative Video Editor / Producer who takes pride in their work and enjoys shaping raw footage into compelling stories that hook viewers! This is not a “check the boxes and move on” role — it’s for someone who cares about craft and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

• Editing long-form, documentary-style episodes for YouTube 
• Incorporating music, effects, and transitions to help shape the pacing, tone, and overall feel of finished episodes
• Creating clean, simple motion graphics and basic animations
• Handling tasks like green screen keying and light visual effects
• Making thoughtful use of modern AI tools where they improve workflow or quality
• Collaborating closely on creative direction and storytelling

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro is preferred but not strictly necessary if you typically work in a different program.
• Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and narrative structure to craft engaging stories
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills (e.g., After Effects)
• Audio editing and mixing — balancing dialogue, music, and sound effects 
• Color correction and grading to enhance visual polish
• Green screen keying and light visual effects (VFX)
• Knowledge of formats and codecs for multi-platform delivery (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Comfortable using and integrating modern AI tools where appropriate 

• English comprehension: It is not necessary to be able speak English very well, but it is important to understand spoken English well.
• Strong visual storytelling and narrative judgment
• Ability to interpret raw footage and shape it into a cohesive, compelling piece 
• Efficient project and file organization (timelines, assets, backups)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Clear, proactive communication with the team and ability to take and implement feedback positively 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Creativity, curiosity, and personal pride in work quality
